A Study on the Synthesis of Acetanilide by Some Acetylatin Agents

Abstract

|
Aniline is one of the oxidative substance. In it´s synthesis, acetylating agent is very import--ant factor.
In this synthesis of acetanilide, we used our kinds of acetylating agent; acetic acid, acetanhy clride, sodium acetate and acetyl chloride.
In this study, we observed the relations of it´s yield, according to reaction temperature and reaction time.
